After they sent me the wrong shoe size, I had to manage the return myself. They sent the shoebox in a bag, leaving me to find a box and print a shipping label. I ended up spending extra on printer ink and tape just to return the item. This return process cost me $20, in addition to losing the shoes. I will not shop here again.
