If you decide to get this Visa card, be aware that it can be quite predatory. For several years, we consistently paid the monthly balance (typically between $1500 and $2300). A few partial payments later, and our annual interest for 2025 has already exceeded $400. Additionally, last year (October 2024), they refused to unblock the card even after we settled the balance in time for a visit to my sister before her unexpected passing due to aggressive cancer. Their reasoning? It’s not 'policy' for them to reduce the wait time to unblock the card, even when the funds were available. Ultimately, we reassessed our loyalty and determined that the company does not reflect our values. Thankfully, we can shop elsewhere. Initially, the Visa card may seem appealing, but it quickly becomes clear that customer care is not a priority for them. This is a lesson we learned the hard way.
I just received three ice fishing rods, and all of them are damaged. The tips are completely broken, yet the packaging was intact, suggesting the issue happened before shipping. The website is frustratingly unhelpful for returns, and I can't find any contact details. I feel cheated out of $90, impacting my ice fishing season. I’m extremely let down.
I just got three ice fishing rods I ordered, and all of them are damaged. The tips are completely broken off, while the box they came in is undamaged. This means the damage occurred before shipping, yet they sent them anyway. Now, the website doesn’t allow me to request a return, and there’s no email or phone number to contact for help. I feel completely cheated out of $90, and this has ruined my ice fishing season. I'm extremely disappointed with the service. Zero stars for this experience. Stars are meant for those who deliver quality, and clearly, this service does not.
Customer support is unresponsive. They didn't reach out after a week, and my order was canceled two days after purchase. I tried to inquire about alternatives, and while they promised to call, I never received any communication.
I ordered a pair of hiking boots, and within 24 hours, the manufacturer discounted them by $40. I tried to use the price match procedure, but their response was that I wasn’t following the steps correctly. It felt deliberately complicated, and I decided to shop elsewhere in the future.
After they sent me the wrong shoe size, I had to manage the return myself. They sent the shoebox in a bag, leaving me to find a box and print a shipping label. I ended up spending extra on printer ink and tape just to return the item. This return process cost me $20, in addition to losing the shoes. I will not shop here again.
When a customer is promised an item by a certain date, they should be informed if it's late. I ordered something on Black Friday, expecting it within five days, but I'm still waiting. I only learned it was in transit after I called. I just want updates about my granddaughter’s Christmas gift.
I purchased an ice drill bit auger, only to receive an email stating it was canceled due to being out of stock. When I tried to order a smaller size, that was out of stock too. Their only response was an apology for my bad luck.
They added an unexpected shipping charge, making it equal to the cost of the items. There was no effective tracking, and the size I received was wrong, despite the label being accurate. Returning them would incur extra charges, resulting only in store credit. I won't be back.
