I just got three ice fishing rods I ordered, and all of them are damaged. The tips are completely broken off, while the box they came in is undamaged. This means the damage occurred before shipping, yet they sent them anyway. Now, the website doesn’t allow me to request a return, and there’s no email or phone number to contact for help. I feel completely cheated out of $90, and this has ruined my ice fishing season. I'm extremely disappointed with the service. Zero stars for this experience. Stars are meant for those who deliver quality, and clearly, this service does not.
