We initially agreed on the first option, but they stated that flights would be booked before the appointment. They kept me waiting until the appointment day, only to inform me that they couldn't book the flights. I ended up booking them myself, and while they promised a refund, I never received it. Additionally, my visa application was denied. I cannot recommend this service.
