I have an 11 year old Schindler 3300. At 8 years old it needed new belts costing circa £7000 now the board has gone so another £1500. They (Schindler) are trying to charge me for servicing the lift for the 5 months it wasn't working waiting for the belts, we have a limit on our contract but as the new board is over that no credit is given. Its take it or leave it. In the meantime people are stuck in their homes. What makes it worse is I had to chase for the repair quote.
