Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to urgently highlight the issue with the lift in B Tower, which has been out of service for the past 15 days. Despite several attempts, the technician has been unable to fix it. Currently, one lift has been out of order for 15 days, and the other frequently breaks down, causing significant inconvenience (3–4 times daily). This situation has left residents extremely frustrated, with over 10 individuals getting stuck in the lift recently. The ongoing issues stem 70% from the service provider and 30% from a poorly managed property company. Living on the 5th floor has become a nightmare with frequent elevator outages. This spring, we experienced 3 months without service, and now it's been over a month of unreliable operation. We were told to just wait until December for a fix. The management is doing nothing to assist residents, and there’s a lack of support for transporting groceries or luggage. The responses have been unhelpful and dismissive, and it’s time to take action against this situation.
After writing a harsh review about our elevator being out for 5 days, I must express gratitude to the technician who arrived yesterday and fixed it promptly. In the future, I'll reach out to the service provider's call center directly.
We urgently need assistance from the service provider's headquarters. Our elevator has been out of order, and our account manager is unresponsive. The company is contractually obligated to perform maintenance checks, but only one brief visit has occurred this year, which did not meet the required standards. This is a clear breach of contract. Additionally, we’ve noted unsafe practices by engineers, and our complaints have not been addressed. There’s no effective complaints process, raising serious safety and legal concerns.
The service has been terrible; our elevator has been out for a total of 16 weeks since January, and we are currently in week 31. There has been no explanation or follow-up, just random invoices for service calls. This has been the worst service I have ever encountered.
