Stood in a tunnel with a huge herd of people. They were only letting people with EU passports go through. I haven’t seen such a pathetic of a situation in 20 years. While we did manage to get from the tunnel to the immigration queue with our EU passports, we still had to stand in a huge line meant for families. All the other airports I’ve been at, had special lines for families that made check-in, security and immigration much faster. Recently in India they have also introduced automatic immigration checks which is so much faster.I have never seen the automatic gates in Schipol airport work in the last two years. What in there world is going on ? Why is this place progressing backwards ? When are they finally going to make steps towards improvements?Haven't they received enough ill fame since the COVID period?
