1) I have loved this brand for decades, with 11 of their lights in my home. 2) Customer service has deteriorated over the past two years. I ordered 21 rolls of wallpaper in November 2024 and was missing 2. With no phone support, I contacted them via email and received no response. I called the manufacturer directly, and they quickly sent the missing rolls. 3) After installing the wallpaper, I had 11 extra rolls. I inquired about returns, and they agreed, with a small restocking fee. They sent a UPS label and confirmed receipt on September 30, 2025. However, the refund must come from the original seller, who has not responded to the manufacturer despite multiple attempts. It is now December 1, 2025, and still nothing. I had to escalate it to my credit card company.
