Purchased and paid for an item Jan 16th. I've tried contacting them four times to receive a shipping update only to receive the standard response of someone will get back to me shortly. Going to have to do a chargeback to get my money returned
Just like others, I never received my order. There was no response from customer service and no phone number available. My kids did not have Christmas stockings this year. Avoid ordering from them. Brands they sell for should be embarrassed to be associated with this company, as it tarnishes their reputation.

I’ve been a loyal customer for nearly 20 years. Yes, the recent acquisition affected quality and service significantly. The recent layoffs and uncertain future are concerning for the brand. However, the order I placed on December 22, 2025, did arrive today, showing they are still making an effort.
Many commenters mention issues with shipping times. I ordered on Black Friday and received my shipment on December 5—exactly a week later. Regarding the product, the colors of the Stillwater Floral Quilt (Size: Full/Queen, Color: Cobalt) don't match the photos. The vermillion shown online is actually more orange, and the cyan is darker, resembling a dark blue. Instead of tan, it’s more of a dark beige, similar to wet sandstone. I like the difference, just surprised. I will share photos after washing it.
1) I have loved this brand for decades, with 11 of their lights in my home. 2) Customer service has deteriorated over the past two years. I ordered 21 rolls of wallpaper in November 2024 and was missing 2. With no phone support, I contacted them via email and received no response. I called the manufacturer directly, and they quickly sent the missing rolls. 3) After installing the wallpaper, I had 11 extra rolls. I inquired about returns, and they agreed, with a small restocking fee. They sent a UPS label and confirmed receipt on September 30, 2025. However, the refund must come from the original seller, who has not responded to the manufacturer despite multiple attempts. It is now December 1, 2025, and still nothing. I had to escalate it to my credit card company.
I faced the same issue as many others. I ordered an in-stock item on August 10, and after a month without updates, I emailed them. They claimed warehouse issues would delay shipping until the first week of October, and refunded the shipping cost. On October 14, I reached out again, and they said they would investigate. After following up again on October 22 with no response, I finally heard on October 23 that both items were out of stock. They refunded my money and sent me a $50 gift card, which is nice, but I would never shop here again. The products look beautiful, but it’s outrageous how this business operates. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
Terrible experience. I do not recommend purchasing from this company at all. I ordered a small item on September 29, and as of October 22, there has been no progress. I emailed the team and received vague responses about looking into the matter, but over a week later, I have no updates. I requested a refund and am unsure if that will even happen. I will not buy from this company again and suggest others avoid it.
I had the same experience as others. I ordered on October 6, 2025, and it's now November 3, 2025, with no updates on my product. It hasn't shipped, and my two emails to the company have gone unanswered. They claim they are looking into it, but I have received no further information.
