The booking process was smooth but to get my deposit back was an awful experience. Mahmoud Rezk told me I have to contact the helpline to get my deposit back. In fact the helpline said he has to process the refund as he was the booking coordinator. The internal processes are not alighned at all and my emails were completely ignored. The helpline made false promises I will receive my refund and someone will call me back but no one bothered to do so. After calling 7 times I eventually spoke to a manager who gave me my refund but I would never use Schools Plus again.
