We had a full day event at the school. The manager on duty, Ms Shahila Mahmood was most helpful, pleasant and efficient. However, the school didn't provide her with any assisting staff, and she was exhausted trying to cover many grounds. And when she was off duty towards the end of day, support level dropped.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to Aleena for delivering truly exceptional customer service when our charity, SWLIS, visited a school hall in Mitcham. From the very beginning, she was courteous, polite, and incredibly understanding of our expectations and the specific needs we had for our upcoming event.
Aleena took the time to listen carefully to our requirements and made our operations team feel fully supported throughout the viewing process. Her professionalism, warmth, and willingness to go the extra mile made a lasting impression on us. We had several venue options available, but it was ultimately the way Aleena engaged with us and managed our enquiries that made the difference — and the reason we chose to sign up with Schools Plus for the hall hire.

The booking process was smooth but to get my deposit back was an awful experience. Mahmoud Rezk told me I have to contact the helpline to get my deposit back. In fact the helpline said he has to process the refund as he was the booking coordinator. The internal processes are not alighned at all and my emails were completely ignored. The helpline made false promises I will receive my refund and someone will call me back but no one bothered to do so. After calling 7 times I eventually spoke to a manager who gave me my refund but I would never use Schools Plus again.
