Terrible Company for Lettings

What can I say? If you are looking to run your business based on a school booking run by Schools Plus be prepared for disappointment and loss of custom, they simply have no idea. Their communication, customer service is beyond bad (like no words how terrible they are, they just don't care) and I'm not sure how they have stayed in business. Bookings cancelled at the last minute, them not informing you you can't use the premises until you get there or the evening, week before, staff late to open up, never getting back to you when there is an issue (yes we'll call and email you later today - three, four five, days later....nothing from them - you ring again yes we'll get back to you, three, four days later nothing from them), additional charges if you want to change your bookings (literally from one classroom to a different one). The stories I could tell, but don't think I have the space or time. I can not stress how bad they are, the area manager for us is useless, rude and just has no concept of how to deal with people, it seems she makes things up and changes her mind based on the way she is feeling at the time. Yes they are cheaper, but the stress of using them often out ways that. I've been using them for around 5 years or so now, so not a new customer - the first two years or so were okay, but the last eighteen months have been ridiculous.I can hear you saying 'Why not leave?' - like I said they are cheap and unfortunately there is no where else in my area that we can use. I think they know that, and that's the reason they are so awful. Rock and a hard place. My advice, pay more for somewhere else. The stress, inconvenience and the complete lack of customer care from Schools Plus will make up for the additional cost. In Reply to Schools Plus: It's amazing that you can respond so quickly when someone leaves a public review, however you are unable to do this when submitting a complaint to you directly. We'll refrain from adding any more details, as we have already been victimised by the area manager for complaining in the past. My advice - improve customer services and organisation and communication. Your business relies on companies like mine.
