Terrible customer support experience. I tried to return two pairs of boots, and although they were sent together, I only received a refund for the less expensive pair. The other pair seems to have vanished! It's nearly impossible to reach anyone for help. I attempted to call but gave up after being on hold for twenty minutes during my lunch break. I found an email for their "help center" and sent my query, only to get an instant reply saying that the email isn't monitored. Unbelievable! I then discovered an email for their complaints department, sent my complaint, and learned that the email address doesn’t actually exist! I was constantly urged to reach out via a messaging bot. This has been a complete waste of my time and energy. They clearly have no regard for their customers. This experience has made me hesitant to buy footwear online in the future.
