Extremely poor customer service, I did not receive my order and unfortunately I am having to fight for a refund. This company is professional at fobbing you off. Avoid them if you can

Edit again. APPARENTLY, evri have said because they have delivered to me before without a problem I can't have a refund! I have never heard anything so ridiculous! I will be taking this further, it seems this is the way they treat all customers, when I am owed £90 I will not let them get away with this!!
I returned a pair of shoes on December 23rd and received no confirmation of collection, no updates about their return journey, and nothing indicating they had arrived at the warehouse. After a long wait, I finally received a refund on the 9th, but there was no explanation for the delay, and I was still charged a fee for the return.
I ordered a pair of boots for my wife five days ago and paid for next day delivery. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand. All I've received is an email indicating a delay. Since it's a Christmas gift, I now have to urgently find an alternative and deal with the hassle of returns. I anticipate a typical corporate response that avoids taking responsibility. Terrible customer support experience. I tried to return two pairs of boots, and although they were sent together, I only received a refund for the less expensive pair. The other pair seems to have vanished! It's nearly impossible to reach anyone for help. I attempted to call but gave up after being on hold for twenty minutes during my lunch break. I found an email for their "help center" and sent my query, only to get an instant reply saying that the email isn't monitored. Unbelievable! I then discovered an email for their complaints department, sent my complaint, and learned that the email address doesn’t actually exist! I was constantly urged to reach out via a messaging bot. This has been a complete waste of my time and energy. They clearly have no regard for their customers. This experience has made me hesitant to buy footwear online in the future.
I encountered a problem with the returns. While the responses on WhatsApp and messenger were nearly non-existent, the email support team handled my returns efficiently. I found more options and a superior website for purchasing compared to other platforms.

Extremely disappointed with the service. They advertise secure delivery that requires a signature, yet my package was reportedly 'thrown over the gate' and signed for by the driver. When I returned home, the package was missing since my gate isn’t locked. I requested a refund as I had to buy shoes elsewhere for a funeral. Their response was that the GPS showed the driver was at the delivery location. Avoid this service; they will sign for your package without ensuring you actually receive it.
I used the free drop-off service to return my order, received the label, shipped it back, and got confirmation of drop-off via email, but now, three weeks later, there’s been no update on my refund. The return hasn’t moved from the drop-off location. The company's advice was to go back to the drop-off shop to search for my parcel, or call the courier. The shop suggested contacting the courier, but they won’t discuss the return since it’s linked to the company’s account. I'm stuck in limbo with no order and no chance of a refund, despite following all their return instructions.
I visited two stores today with my family while looking for shoes for a funeral. The staff in both locations were incredibly supportive in trying to resolve an online order issue that wouldn’t arrive in time. They went above and beyond to help, even finding alternatives in another store. I want to express my gratitude to the staff who made a stressful day much easier.
I had a great interaction with a representative who quickly handled a gift card refund. However, prior to this, the service was lacking, as my ordered items were charged but not in stock. I waited 45 minutes on each of my two calls, which affected my rating. Nevertheless, the representative's assistance raised my score to four stars.
