The company was very quick in sending out my order, but their choice of courier has been a major drawback! They use a specific service for deliveries, and it has now been almost two weeks with no resolution. There’s no option for scheduling delivery times, making it impossible to ensure someone is home to receive the package. They also don't allow changing the delivery address to a family member's home. After a failed delivery attempt, they try two more times before returning the package. I opted for delivery to a locker, but the status has been stuck for over a week with no updates. It's challenging to reach the courier for information, and the company has had trouble contacting them too. They only provide vague updates about delivery timelines. This was meant to be a birthday gift that has long passed, and all I received was a refund for the delivery cost. Overall, while the company started off strong, their courier choice has made me hesitant to shop with them again.
