They use a specific courier service which has resulted in nearly two weeks of waiting for my order. Firstly, there’s no option to choose a delivery time, making it difficult to ensure someone is home to receive the package. They also don’t allow changing the delivery address to a family member’s where someone is always available. After a few unsuccessful delivery attempts, I opted for a locker delivery, but it’s been over a week with the status unchanged, indicating it will be delivered to the locker, yet nothing has arrived. Contacting the courier for updates has proven impossible, and it seems the company struggles to get in touch with them as well. When I reached out to the company, they could only provide vague updates about delivery timelines. This was meant to be a birthday gift that has now passed, and all the company has done is share the same delivery information and refund the delivery costs. Overall, while the initial service was great, their choice of courier has left me hesitant to order from them again.
