I just had the most terrible experience to the Schuh Bath.If I could I would give zero stars.I bought one pair of sandals and one pair of converse for my 5 years old daughter, she tried them on both, I paid and she decided to wear the sandals but unfortunately by the door of the store she said she doesn't feel comfortable and she doesn't want them anymore this is why I got them back to one of the ladies working there,I explained her all the situation but she told me she can not take them back because my daughter had them outside, I insisted and I said again that the little dust is from their store's floor, she didn't reach outside it is normal when someone tries shoe ,the store was busy as well. The lady called a supervisor, I think ,who told me straight away the same thing without even trying to help me,she got me mad with her I don't care attitude. My question is : all the pairs of shoes tried on in the store can not be sold?All the stores from this world are having a return or exchange policy this one not,just a terrible customer service, careless for the people spending money in their store.For who decides to buy shoes from them you better thing lots of times or give up.
