The initial interaction was pleasant, and we completed a virtual walkthrough of our entire home. However, the movers arrived without the right packing materials, and their packing approach was chaotic. For instance, they wrapped a box of tissues and other random items in craft paper, yet stacked several paintings together without any protective padding. After several weeks of delays with little communication from the team, our belongings finally arrived ten weeks after leaving our home (the initial estimate was four to six weeks). Furniture was scratched or damaged, lamps were broken, and despite the moving-in team unpacking most items, they couldn't find the hardware needed to reassemble our desk and bed—so they left without it, contrary to our agreement. Upon contacting the service to report this, we received no further communication. We never even got a customer satisfaction survey.
