DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, we moved from the US to Italy everything was fine at the beginning they were very helpful but they really deceived us. First they came to pick up our whole house shipment with a half full truck when we were going to need a container for the shipment, they did not send us another truck so because we were very short of time with the deadline for moving we had to leave stuff behind and then take some more things with our car to the warehouse. They had promised us the shipment would take in total 2-2.5 months so we came to Italy with our summer clothes only knowing we would get our things in 2 months. After 2 months we were told it hadn't even shipped or left the warehouse, when I asked repeteadly and demanded an answer they kept making excuses and didn't ship until almost 4 months from the time they picked up our things at our house. We actually received our things after 5 months!!!! and we had to spend so much extra money buying things we needed because we didn't have our things like essential things to cook, clean, winter clothes etc just because they lied to us about the shipping times. On top of that when we started opening they boxes everything had been changed and moved around so much time had elapsed that we couldn't remember every single item we had shipped plus they had moved things from boxes to other boxes. After realizing that things were missing which probably it's more than we can remember they told us the insurance we paid would not cover it because it had a $1000 deductible and of course we were not told that. So they scammed us with the timing, with losing some of our things with not being able to take more things because they brought a truck that was half full and they didn't even have the decency to cover our loses. This is the worst experience I have ever had, I wish I would have read more reviews. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The initial interaction was pleasant, and we completed a virtual walkthrough of our entire home. However, the movers arrived without the right packing materials, and their packing approach was chaotic. For instance, they wrapped a box of tissues and other random items in craft paper, yet stacked several paintings together without any protective padding. After several weeks of delays with little communication from the team, our belongings finally arrived ten weeks after leaving our home (the initial estimate was four to six weeks). Furniture was scratched or damaged, lamps were broken, and despite the moving-in team unpacking most items, they couldn't find the hardware needed to reassemble our desk and bed—so they left without it, contrary to our agreement. Upon contacting the service to report this, we received no further communication. We never even got a customer satisfaction survey.
Absolutely terrible experience. I've relocated internationally several times, and this service was the worst for a move from the US to the UK. The price jumped by 60% after pickup (I only had boxes, so I knew the volume) + they sent random people to pick up with a rented truck, without any notice. The shipment took weeks to leave the USA and was delayed in the UK (this has never happened before). Upon arrival, many items were damaged. The worst part was the awful attitude of the main contact. I strongly recommend choosing another service. They simply aren't worth it.
This service is holding my entire household hostage after quoting me a specific price for a container move. Their team leader assured us during pickup that everything would fit, even after we clearly communicated not to take certain bulky items, which was documented. They took everything anyway and filled the truck, then suddenly doubled the price, claiming 'extra volume' that they created themselves. Now they refuse to release my items unless I pay this inflated amount. They also took a deposit, which I likely won’t see again. I've sent multiple formal emails demanding resolution, but received no response. When I called to confront them, they hung up and have ignored every call since. This isn’t bad service; it’s a scam. I’m filing complaints with various authorities for deceptive practices. Avoid this company at all costs.
Everything was fine until I signed the contract. After that, their communication ceased. On our scheduled pickup date, we waited with all our belongings, unsure of when they were coming (they were supposed to inform us the day before, but didn’t), and our calls were either ignored or they hung up. Thankfully, they only managed to scam the deposit from us.

Their communication is terrible, and the tracking portal failed to provide accurate updates. I received multiple emails that were poorly formatted and seemed cobbled together. They charged far more than the original price, which was presented as all-inclusive. I received various unexpected bills from customs and removal teams, and when my container was selected for inspection, I received no information about potential delays or costs. Be mindful of how much your belongings are truly worth, as my total expenses have skyrocketed. They are almost like scam artists. You won’t hear from the initial representative after they get your payment. AVOID THIS SERVICE unless you have endless funds and can afford the chaos.
