In terms of the academic side and the teachers’ professionalism, the experience was very good. However, the customer service is terrible — they are rude, take an eternity to answer your questions, and often don’t even respond at all. I ended up feeling extremely disappointed with everything that happened.I finished my course and wanted to know how I did on the written and speaking parts of the exam, which were supposedly graded by the teacher, but they never replied. Honestly, I didn’t want to keep sending emails because I truly believed I wouldn’t get any results.It’s a shame, because for an online course the price is not cheap, yet the service provided by the staff is really disrespectful — from the lower-level advisors to the higher-level ones, like William Albet. I hope things improve in the future and that my case doesn’t happen again, as I spoke with my classmates and we all agreed on the same thing.
