I canceled my account shortly after the trial period ended, as I hadn't utilized the service. I was charged, and when I reached out via email for a refund within 24 hours of the payment being taken, I was informed that a refund couldn't be processed. I requested to escalate the issue through customer support chat and am currently awaiting a resolution. It's disappointing that they won't help with a refund on the same day the trial period concluded.
