I contacted SCOFI to ask for the gas pipe to my fireplace to be terminated. An appointment was thankfully squeezed in later in the week as my requirement was fairly time-critical. However, before Scott the engineer arrived, I discovered that I not only had the initial issue but I needed two additional water pipes to my fireplace capped. In addition, my central heating had failed the day before and we were left with our boiler on full blast! As expected, Scott arrived as arranged late in the afternoon and immediately put my mind at rest by tackling all three issues. To my amazement, they were all completed within the hour and the resulting invoice was extremely competitive. I can’t thank SCOFI and particularly Scott enough for fixing our problems so quickly. Scott is a friendly, competent and extremely professional individual who will be our first port of call for any future Plumbing or Heating requirements. Thank you.
