I contacted SCOFI to ask for the gas pipe to my fireplace to be terminated. An appointment was thankfully squeezed in later in the week as my requirement was fairly time-critical. However, before Scott the engineer arrived, I discovered that I not only had the initial issue but I needed two additional water pipes to my fireplace capped. In addition, my central heating had failed the day before and we were left with our boiler on full blast! As expected, Scott arrived as arranged late in the afternoon and immediately put my mind at rest by tackling all three issues. To my amazement, they were all completed within the hour and the resulting invoice was extremely competitive. I can’t thank SCOFI and particularly Scott enough for fixing our problems so quickly. Scott is a friendly, competent and extremely professional individual who will be our first port of call for any future Plumbing or Heating requirements. Thank you.

Just had bath installed and new boiler. Scott was great no fuss just got on with job, was done in a day, everything is all working as far as the boiler goes, no one has tried the bath yet. All in all the very happy with the service from the customer service team to Scott and the work he did.. would defo use again.

Scofi were brilliant. We asked for a quote for a new boiler on the Thursday. Scott was with us by lunchtime the next day and our new boiler was fitted by Scott on the Tuesday. What a lovely company.. From mags in the office, really lovely lady,very efficient. Scott that came and saw what was required for the job, also a lovely guy that knew exactly what he was talking about.... and Joe (our saviour😀) who arrived early the following morning and carried out the job.. swiftly and professionally. What a lovely guy, nothing was too much trouble. He checked the hot water and rads were all working efficiently and hoovered and cleaned up leaving our home spotless. Fantastic job, would def recommend them, many thanks Scofi! 😀👍
Our boiler was fitted by Joe, who was very efficient and took a lot of trouble to see that our whole central heating system was balanced and working in accordance with our wishes. However, what really earned him our appreciation was the way in which he traced down the gas leak in our system as our supply has been cut off for the previous 6 days. This was due to a new main being installed in our road and subsequently moving our gas meter to an outdoor location. Joe soon found the problem was due to this new work. He then got the previous gas company to come and fixed the leak, that supposedly they had passed as being fully compliant, making us believe we had been living with this leak for decades. So many many thanks to Joe. It has been a pleasure dealing with everyone at Scofi Energy that’s Scott, Joe, and Mags in the office. Thanks to you all.
