Our boiler was fitted by Joe, who was very efficient and took a lot of trouble to see that our whole central heating system was balanced and working in accordance with our wishes. However, what really earned him our appreciation was the way in which he traced down the gas leak in our system as our supply has been cut off for the previous 6 days. This was due to a new main being installed in our road and subsequently moving our gas meter to an outdoor location. Joe soon found the problem was due to this new work. He then got the previous gas company to come and fixed the leak, that supposedly they had passed as being fully compliant, making us believe we had been living with this leak for decades. So many many thanks to Joe. It has been a pleasure dealing with everyone at Scofi Energy that’s Scott, Joe, and Mags in the office. Thanks to you all.
