Absolutely brilliant ! I have ordered a scooter and knee pads for my 13 year old son so far and both items arrived the day after ordering them! Unfortunately, the knee pads strap broke. I contacted customer service and they quickly replied and sent me out a new pair free of charge. These too arrived the next day. Absolutely great company, brilliant customer service :)
