I ordered an item at the beginning of June 2025. Nearly 3 months later, as of September 1, the order is still marked as "Your order is confirmed. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready." I emailed ScopeKitchen twice and never got a response. I also called their customer service line but it always goes to voicemail. I had to open a dispute with my credit card company to receive a refund since ScopeKitchen will not return calls or emails.
