I've ordered something worth $132, it never arrived... never received a confirmation, nothing.

They also do not reply to emails, at all.

Never received order, had to dispute charge

I ordered an item at the beginning of June 2025. Nearly 3 months later, as of September 1, the order is still marked as "Your order is confirmed. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready." I emailed ScopeKitchen twice and never got a response. I also called their customer service line but it always goes to voicemail. I had to open a dispute with my credit card company to receive a refund since ScopeKitchen will not return calls or emails.

It’s been 6 weeks and no response

Placed an order 6 weeks ago. Have not received the product. No response to emails and phone calls. No customer service what so ever. The money has already been taken. Did tracking of order. The order has not been processed or shipped. I am beginning to think this is a scam. I do not know what to do. Do not order from that company and website. They are not even a member of the better business bureau. I wish the criminals behind this scam would get caught and prosecuted.

It has been 3 weeks now and no response from them. I have not received my items and I emailed and called them several times but got no response. I don't know what to do because they already took out the money. I downloaded the app for tracking but it is useless as well. I don't know what to do.May my God deal with the people running this kind of customer service or business.

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. I ordered flatware on 8/30 and when it hadn’t shipped after 2 weeks I reached out to help@scopekitchen for a status update and they never replied. So a week later I requested that my order be cancelled. No response. Then nearly a month later I get a notification that my order shipped. You also can’t track orders without downloading an app. This site is horribly run. Never again.

I wish I read these reviews before I ordered from Scope Kitchen. I just received mine today after about three or more weeks and it came in the same flimsy way as has been reported. Very thin,poor quality. The small spoon in the set is so tiny I'm not sure what it could ever be used for. I only unwrapped one set and one of the spoons has a rough edge on it. Very disappointed. Will try and return it.

They deserve a 0 . What you see online is absolutely nothing similar to the actual product. They came in wrapped in bags with rubber bands. I couldn’t believe it when I saw the package. It took over three weeks to get here. I was completely unaware. They were shipping from China. the company represents itself as being in New York City, the quality is horrible extremely thin. After looking at the return, they say responsible for shipping and 20% restocking fee. They never said the product actually came from China.

Scope Kitchen Matte Black Flatware sets.

Prior to Christmas, I purchased from Scope Kitchen, two sets of the 36 piece Black Matte Minimalist Flatware sets (72 pieces) the end of November, 2023. These sets took nearly 20 days or more to even arrive. I was not aware that I was ordering from an overseas store until I received a shipping confirmation from overseas, even though the website stated that they ship worldwide. Further, Scope Kitchen shows a New York address along with several other locations supposedly opening. Since these were a present, I did not think to check the return policy prior to ordering, since I thought I was ordering within the US, which is quite disingenuous as the company did not specify that they were overseas, did not reflect the country of origin, and delivery time negated the entire return/delivery process. Instead, I had focused on on-site customer reviews, and the fact that these were matte, which was a requirement, and that they were dishwasher safe. Since these were a Christmas Present to my daughter, they were not even received by the recipient until Christmas Day - well after the 30 day warranty/14-day return policy (after receipt). Frankly, I was concerned that they would not even arrive in time for Christmas after I ordered them. This item’s description states that it is durable and long-lasting, and is dishwasher safe. 100% non-toxic, safe coating. None of which appears to be true. The first problem came after my daughter got them home Christmas Day, and unwrapped them. A couple of the place settings were shiny and not matte as stated in the description. With 30 days of use, several pieces/place settings are pitting, and rusting from normal usage. This is totally unacceptable. Regardless, these are not even worth the shipping price to return, and further, a replacement will do the same thing. I have emailed the company. Nobody responds to the phone. These were ordered the end of November, received just before Christmas, and were given as a Christmas present, and not opened until then. The website shows these in a nice box. The place settings came wrapped in plastic with a rubber band around them as if they were pulled from a bin.
