The product I received is NOT the quality that is represented on their site. I requested a refund before it was shipped. They said it got shipped before they could stop it. They responded very quickly to delivery updates but then nothing afterwards. I did not get any response for refund! I went to a wedding on Saturday and there was the set I ordered and should have received! Matched the video on their site as well with rounded stems, not flat stems which is what I received. They are also light weight and not nicely weighted as per their site. One other thing is that when I googled flatware that was not made in China, Scope Kitchen came up and presented a US address. On the site it shows the flatware nicely set in boxes. I received two plastic wrapped rolls from China!! Not at all what is represented on the site. I am so disappointed and truly believe this is a scam site. I’ve also seen reviews on the internet of bad reviews being removed from their site.
