Paid for a cpu mobo combo paid postage insurance through scorptec package arrived in a damaged box tried to make a claim through the postage provider only to find out scorptec never paid the insurance to the carrier.
I never got a replacement or refund
Scorptec refused to compromise
I was not prepared to potentially face a $50 an hour diagnosis fee the package was only $150
No resolution no compensation.
Staff was not helpful.
