Stay away from them. Faulty products, support team don't do proper testing and lie to pretend that they did. You will never get replacement nor refund on faulty products. I bough tablet from them, it had multiple issues in the first week, when I took it to them they said that they tested it for 23 hours but the acceptance to test and the rejection were dated in the same day (lie number 1). They said that they couldn't test SD card related issue since they didn't have one to test with!! A company this big and doesn't have a $10 SD-Card!! (lie number 2). They also refused to put what they said verbally in wiritng (a confirmation that they are hiding something and they just don't want to replace nor refund). If you still want to go with them, expect dodgy treatment if you face issues with the product you buy.

Dishonest.Bought a RPI5 online that said was in stock. Paid additional for express postage.

Was sent an email saying item wouldn't even get to their warehouse for a week. When I checked my order on my account in their store it actually now was 2 weeks before it even hit their warehouse, no other notification sent to me about this, I stumbled on it.

Why would I pay for express postage for an item I think was in stock to only recieve it 2+ weeks later.

When I tried to post this quesiton on their website in the Q&A on the RPI5 8gb page, I got an email saying it had been moderated.

Dishonest practice of showing stock is there when they don't have it to send, then ontop of that taking additional payment for express postage that is redundant.

It STILL shows it in stock on site when it clearly isn't.

Pay the extra $10 and pick it up from your local Jaycar.

Check out the images to see how sneaky this practice is, get your money then make you wait. 1) Website displaying "In Stock" 2) Email saying delayed 3) Checking my account on their site, it is pushed back a further week with no updated notification 4) Tried to ask a question on the Q&A and it was "moderated"

I cant leave a review either as I haven't received it, explains why there are no other bad reviews on there.

False advertising, have requested refund. Will not use again.

Sold a damaged motherboard with loose pins. Faulty from first use.

Sold a damaged motherboard to my team, with loose pins. It was defective right from the start. When I attempted to return it, the Warranty Manager rejected my claim. His justification? The board had even more loose pins after the CPU installation. It was already defective! What difference does that make? As a network engineer with over 25 years of experience installing servers and CPUs, I was taken aback by the lack of understanding. No evidence provided, no inspection report—just excuses to dodge responsibility. If this is how the warranty process is handled, good luck getting help when issues arise. The cost is insignificant, but the principle matters. I recommend avoiding this service.

Parts ordered during chaos, prices fluctuated but delivered quickly

I ordered parts during a chaotic time when prices were increasing every few days. I was expecting a cancellation notice, but to my surprise, everything shipped within three days at the price I initially added to my cart.

Faulty Components and Refund Request

My PC was functioning well until it unexpectedly shut down while I was distracted. When I attempted to power it back on, there was no response. I tried a different power supply unit, but the issue persisted, leading me to suspect the motherboard. After purchasing a new motherboard, memory, and CPU, I aimed to back up my RAID 0, but it was linked to the faulty motherboard. I had a spare motherboard and planned to connect the drives for recovery. However, when I reconnected my old PSU, it failed to work despite functioning previously. The PSU showed signs of failure, as the fan did not spin when powered. I am now seeking a refund due to this significant malfunction, planning to revert to my old PSU. According to consumer rights, I am entitled to a refund for major failures in the product. The responsibility for providing a remedy lies with the retailer, and I urge you to process my refund promptly as you have acknowledged the item's defect. Please escalate this matter for a refund. The retailer must address the issue directly, rather than directing me to the manufacturer. If the product fails to meet quality standards, I am entitled to either a refund or replacement. The retailer must handle this situation appropriately, as I should not bear the burden of their dealings with the manufacturer.

Faulty Components and Poor Support

My PC was functioning well until it unexpectedly shut down. After troubleshooting, I concluded that the motherboard might be the issue. I purchased new components, but when attempting to back up my RAID setup, I found that the motherboard was indeed faulty. Despite having a spare motherboard, I encountered further problems with the power supply. After testing, it became clear that both the power supply and the motherboard were defective. I am now seeking a refund due to these major faults.

Exorbitant Price for Subpar Quality

The price I paid was outrageous for the quality I received. Within a day, the system began crashing, and the video card couldn't even handle 1080p properly, despite costing $2000. It's frustrating that there's no way to leave feedback on their website, making it impossible to communicate my experience.

Disappointing Experience

After spending $2600, I encountered immediate issues with the monitor going into standby due to a faulty GPU. Although it was repaired, the assembly was poorly done, making it difficult to use the USB ports. Overall, the customer service has been inadequate, and the build quality is disappointing.

Unsatisfactory Customer Service

I invested around $7,000 in a server build, but the motherboard I received had a defective SATA controller. Despite providing evidence of the issue, the support team insisted on a physical return before processing a refund. Their rigid policy, especially after my significant investment, is frustrating. I won't be shopping with them again and advise others to consider more accommodating retailers.
