Lost my debit card and got a new one at the branch. Needed to change my account info and tried for an hour but it would never accept the change. A 2 hour telephone support session , where i was instructed to do the same thing over and over again with the same problem. Would not recognize the card number or the new PW given to me by Scotiabank. To the branch on Monday where they fix the issue or the account gets moved.
