My experiences with customer service have been average, with wait times varying from 10 to 40 minutes. This review pertains to the new website. I use Chrome, so I can't confirm if my issues are specific to this browser. The previous layout was much more user-friendly. The new platform has issues with research pages not opening properly. I’ve voiced my concerns in hopes they will retain the old layout. I dislike saving pages to my computer; they should open as before. I only stay due to their excellent research pages but may switch platforms soon if this continues.
