In my 50s, I have never encountered such a poorly managed organization. Even something as simple as updating an address takes months, filled with miscommunication and inadequate follow-up. The inefficiency is systemic. Engaging with management is even more frustrating than dealing with frontline staff. I strongly advise against this organization.
