*Zero Stars* I have been trying to transfer an RESP for my daughter to another bank for over five months. Each call requires a wait of at least 45 minutes. Recently, after a 50-minute wait, my call was dropped, and I was sent to the back of the queue. Often, agents say what I want to hear but take no action. There was a supposed issue with my child's gender that I was never informed about, yet they claimed to have resolved it. The other bank is still waiting. This bank is the worst in Canada, and I’m closing all my accounts with them.
