This is the worst broker that I have come across. 2 Hr wait to get some explanation why my order did not get filled but there doesn't seem to have any way to get through to get an answer. Partial filling of open orders result in substantial losses and it seems its the deliberate banks strategy to hide mistakes they make due to untrained staff.
