If I could rate this lower than one star, I would. The service seems fundamentally flawed, especially when it comes to addressing issues related to fraud and security breaches. Last Friday, I attempted to check my brokerage account, but the verification code never arrived as expected. Earlier in the week, I received a suspicious text warning about unusual login attempts, threatening to freeze my account if I didn't act. I quickly blocked the number. When I tried to request the verification code again, panic set in as it still didn’t come through. The nightmare escalated from there. There's no dedicated fraud contact—only a general customer service line. I called multiple times, but every transfer to a priority line ended with a dead line. After 50 minutes on hold, I finally reached a representative who was ill-prepared and claimed it was her first day. She couldn't escalate my issue because there was no manager available. By then, my anxiety was through the roof. Fortunately, I had a second phone number, allowing me to regain access to my account and make necessary changes. I have a case number, but I doubt I will hear back. Transferring my brokerage account was a hassle, and the overall experience has left me deeply concerned. Without a dedicated fraud line, this service should reconsider its operations. The negative feedback speaks for itself; I wouldn't recommend banking here, even for incentives.
