Ordering online was straightforward; however, I placed my order early in December, and the website clearly indicated I would receive the item before Christmas. They contacted me immediately about an issue, and I resolved it quickly. After that, communication ceased. Christmas came and went, and when I emailed again, I received a reply on December 29th stating that my item was out of stock and I could choose another. Why was I allowed to purchase an out-of-stock item, and why was it promised for delivery?
