The item is beautiful, but the gift packaging needs attention. Upon arrival, the gift box had a tear in one corner and was crumpled on the other side. Given the international shipping involved, it might be wise to switch to a sturdier cardboard box or consider alternative packaging options.
Ordering online was straightforward; however, I placed my order early in December, and the website clearly indicated I would receive the item before Christmas. They contacted me immediately about an issue, and I resolved it quickly. After that, communication ceased. Christmas came and went, and when I emailed again, I received a reply on December 29th stating that my item was out of stock and I could choose another. Why was I allowed to purchase an out-of-stock item, and why was it promised for delivery?
We ordered two pairs of trousers and a waistcoat for our family Christmas Eve. Throughout the process, we were continuously informed as the team ensured every detail was correct. The final product was flawless! From the beautiful fabric to the fit and craftsmanship, we couldn't have been happier. The table runner, made from the same lovely fabric, added a delightful Scottish theme to our table. Thank you for making this year’s Christmas so memorable and special.
The products ordered were of high quality. However, they were not dispatched on time. I was taking the items back to Italy, and they arrived at my UK address just minutes before I had to leave. The staff were always very helpful, though.
