Update: 07/14/23 -I received my order. He did post on his Instagram that there was warehouse issue and orders would be mailed in the next 24 or 48 hours. I am grateful he made it right. He is an amazing artist with equally good cosmetics. Hopefully he has changed up his team, so things like this don’t happen in future. But I respect someone who makes things right when it went wrong on their side and takes accountability. he still needs a phone number with staff for customer service. That is why I didn’t give 5 stars. Customers and clients come first. Thank you./ Ordered just a glass palette, one item on June 16, 2023 it is July 3,2023. I haven't received it, or notice of shipment. Emailed no reply. They have no contact number. Messaged on Instagram and commented. No reply. Horrible customer service. Trying to get a refund on my card thru card company. Just sad bc he is an amazing artist, but his business side is terrible.
