They take your money and never ship

Ordered and paid 2 months ago. Got a confirmation email but they never shipped it. I emailed 8 times, sent 14 Direct messages on Instagram, left comments on posts- ZERO response plus they deleted my instagram comments and all those of other customers inquiring about their orders.HORRIBLE company with THE worst customer service. Thieves.

Update: 07/14/23 -I received my order. He did post on his Instagram that there was warehouse issue and orders would be mailed in the next 24 or 48 hours. I am grateful he made it right. He is an amazing artist with equally good cosmetics. Hopefully he has changed up his team, so things like this don’t happen in future. But I respect someone who makes things right when it went wrong on their side and takes accountability. he still needs a phone number with staff for customer service. That is why I didn’t give 5 stars. Customers and clients come first. Thank you./ Ordered just a glass palette, one item on June 16, 2023 it is July 3,2023. I haven't received it, or notice of shipment. Emailed no reply. They have no contact number. Messaged on Instagram and commented. No reply. Horrible customer service. Trying to get a refund on my card thru card company. Just sad bc he is an amazing artist, but his business side is terrible.

Delivery was very slow and when it did arrive the palette was damaged. They took several weeks to reply and that was after my third attempt. Basically the response was hard luck we aren't going to do anything. Never ordering from them again. I only asked for them to send me the replacement shadows that were damaged and not a whole new palette. Terrible service.

VERY SATISFIED

I just received my boujie Glass palette, I have coveted since I first seen Tati Westbrook with it but was always sold out quickly. This time my luck was in also picked up the Cheek No.1 palette and it is GORGEOUS. My delivery came in under a week from the U.S to Ireland, FedEx gave me up to date tracking no complaints. I had to pay €7 for customs which was lower then I was expecting. Will definitely buy from again, I want some of the eye palettes when they come back into stock, also want a couple of the single blushes.

Worst company ever. No support AT ALL

I ordered brushes from them. They actually sent me an EMPTY package. Nothing at all in the package except a packing slip and an empty plastic envelopes with shinny Scott Barnes name on it. I sent an email to support right away but after not receiving any response, I tried contacting someone on the website live chat. Well, that didnt work either. Nobody ever answer you, and when they do, they are worthless. Someone told me they didnt receive my email, even tho I had sent 2 at that time. I sent 3 more email after that. Still nothing. I told them on the chat that the emails were sent. Still nothing. Then one morning I get a tone deaf answer from someone saying I have route protection on my order so I can fill a claim for lost, stolen or damage shipment. Except... the package isnt lost, stolen or damage, you just didn't ship the items with it.........!!! I filled a claim to paypal and will see where this goes. I am so furious, this is unbelievable. How can they do this without getting in trouble is beyond me.

I will NEVER buy anything from this…

I will NEVER buy anything from this shady company again. I ordered his brush set on July 4th. Its now the 24th and it's still not here. Customer service just keeps telling me to contact the courier. I did this but the tracking number doesn't exist. No help from customer service. Disgraceful. Its the first time I've EVER had a problem with an order from an American company. I spend hundreds of pounds a month on cosmetics but I'm afraid SB you won't see a penny of my money going forward. Imaging spending almost $200 with a company and them telling YOU to find the missing parcel yourself and sort it out yourself with the courier. Totally disrespectful behaviour. I'll spend my money elsewhere and I'll fight my case with my credit card company and pay pal.

Terrible horrific experience

Terrible horrific experience! I have ordered 500 dollars worth of make up on june 9th and now it is july 3rd and the tracking number they gave me still reads error til this day! I have contacted scott barnes support and they haven’t been helpful at all!!! I don’t know where my parcel is. This is unacceptable from a brand that paints themselves as “high end”. I have not received my makeup nor have I received an update nor a solution! 500 dollars!!!!!!!!!

Can't believe to this day how bad this experience was!

Don't waste your money, time and energy if you are ordering from scottbarnes.com and do not live in the U.S.I placed my first ($83.00 worth) parcel on Nov 20, 2019. Today is Dec 17, 2019. Yup, almost a month. At first, the tracking had updates. They stopped on the 22 of November. My parcel got "stuck" in the US postal office (BTW - the shipping cost is $15.00). Ok, I thought It would be handled by their Customer Service people. Black Friday came, I ordered some more items. My 2nd parcel wasn't even shipped for 7 days! The tracking number is not valid; as I try to track my parcel It says that there was an error. Mind you, I now have spend $171,60 in total. I have reached Scott's Customer Care team. We now have exchanged 14 (!) messages between us and they still haven't offered any solution to the situation. They are too lazy to call the USPS or move a finger for me - everything they reply (sometimes after 4 days, LOL) is useless. Feels like I am dealing with AliExpress, but at least they do deliver like every third parcel and it costs not so much. Here I have spent almost 200 dollars and they treat me like I even do not exist :( I am soooo upset by this situation and tired as well... Can't even. So please - never ever support this business as it only cares about them...
