I ordered brushes from them. They actually sent me an EMPTY package. Nothing at all in the package except a packing slip and an empty plastic envelopes with shinny Scott Barnes name on it. I sent an email to support right away but after not receiving any response, I tried contacting someone on the website live chat. Well, that didnt work either. Nobody ever answer you, and when they do, they are worthless. Someone told me they didnt receive my email, even tho I had sent 2 at that time. I sent 3 more email after that. Still nothing. I told them on the chat that the emails were sent. Still nothing. Then one morning I get a tone deaf answer from someone saying I have route protection on my order so I can fill a claim for lost, stolen or damage shipment. Except... the package isnt lost, stolen or damage, you just didn't ship the items with it.........!!! I filled a claim to paypal and will see where this goes. I am so furious, this is unbelievable. How can they do this without getting in trouble is beyond me.
