Terrible horrific experience! I have ordered 500 dollars worth of make up on june 9th and now it is july 3rd and the tracking number they gave me still reads error til this day! I have contacted scott barnes support and they haven’t been helpful at all!!! I don’t know where my parcel is. This is unacceptable from a brand that paints themselves as “high end”. I have not received my makeup nor have I received an update nor a solution! 500 dollars!!!!!!!!!
