Everything promised was delivered. You listened to our desires and crafted a trip that aligned perfectly with our goals. The travel logistics were impeccable. Every pickup and transport arrived exactly as scheduled, making for a completely worry-free journey. The accommodations were outstanding, and I'd like to emphasize a few aspects. The locations were ideal, with all four hotels making sightseeing incredibly convenient. The service met all my expectations, but I must highlight two of the hotels. The staff were exceptionally attentive and eager to enhance our experience. One hotel truly rolled out the red carpet, while the other team was always friendly and helpful. The Michelin-starred hotel was exactly what one would hope for—one of the finest dining experiences I've had. The staff at another hotel were also very responsive, though it lacked the personal touch of the others. This isn't a critique, but rather a testament to the excellence of the other locations. The activities were well-planned and executed. Each of our guides quickly gauged our interest in history and archaeology, raising their engagement. While some guides struggled with going off script, which we encouraged, the majority performed admirably. My favorite was one guide in Naples. The sites we visited were perfect for us. Some highlights were fantastic, while one site was a bit disappointing as I was aware it had no furnishings and had modest expectations, choosing it primarily for the gardens. Unfortunately, the water was off that day. Another site was special, but I would have preferred to explore more independently. A charming town was a bit quiet due to low season. Thankfully, one of our group rented a scooter to explore the valley, which worked out well. Meals were mostly on our own, aside from breakfasts. Each hotel excelled, but one truly stood out as expected from a one-star restaurant. Overall, it was nearly a flawless trip. Your planning and expertise were evident in every detail. Excellent work! I will definitely consider your services again.
