I am so pleased with your service. My just received jacket had a bad zipper. Of course I was disappointed, but when I called and talked to Kelsey, she couldn't have been nicer. I am very happy my new jacket will be shipped on Monday. I will definitely follow through and send the defective jacket back asap.
