I would like to share my recent experience of Scottevest customer service.I have been a customer of Scottevest for the past ten (10) years. Quite recently when I clicked on to my emails from Scottevest or I went to their website I found that I was unable to get access and what popped up was something which requested username and password. On reading further I learnt that access was being denied to certain countries. I thereafter contacted Scottevest customer service and requested that I be removed from their email list if I could not obtain access. I was surprised to receive a response soon after my email offering to resolve the matter expeditiously. I had made up my mind to cease my purchase of all Scottevest products if I was not able to access its website. However, because of the quick response of Dom from Customer Service and his efficient follow up leading up to the eventual resolution of the matter I have decided to stay with Scottevest. After all they are the king of pockets! Thanks a lot to Dom!
