I had a question (well several) about the measurements of a couple of vests. Ethan was ready to help and gave me several measurements to help me compare my older RFID vest to the Quest, which I was considering buying. Note to SCOTTeVEST: add me to the list of requests for petite sizing! I'm 4'11" and would love a vest that's a little shorter. (Turns out the Quest is longer than my current vest.) Ethan then took on my other question with aplomb. How do I wash my red RFID to stop color from transferring to light-colored clothing? Easy. He had the answer right away, and even found my original order from 4 years ago. Thanks for the great customer service. I'll buy the chambray shirt this weekend and maybe find a way to shorten my RFID vest.
