Although I did not act fast enough on the daily sale for the Microfleece Hoodie (had family issues etc), the team at ScotteVest tried to assist and see if I was still eligible. Sarah was very patient, positive and tried her best to help. Although I did not get the Hoodie, I was very pleased with the customer support. Maybe next time.
