Maggie was pleasant and efficient in handling my exchange. Because our trip is this week, she assisted me in getting my replacement sent to our hotel so my husband can use it on our trip. She gave clear instructions on the returning of the original jacket. Exchange is due to the size was too big. My husband usually takes a large but he read the reviews and ordered an XL. We reordered the Large and am returning the XL today. Mahalo! Jacket looks great. It was a nice touch also when I received the personalized tkyu video.
