I had slight problems with my new ScotteVest. Sarah Howe in Customer Support understood my issues straight away and has arranged for a replacement vest. I was very happy with the original service from ScotteVest when I bought my vest. Now having had a problem, I am even more impressed with the way the company listens to their customers and fixes any problems immediately. Very well done, Sarah Howe and ScotteVest.
