I placed an order this morning as a gift, and found out this afternoon that the gift was not ideal. No Worries, as Maggie led me seamlessly through a chat session to fix this issue! Maggie was helpful and human, which is a wonderful thing in the age of help running their 'scripts', unable to think an original thought, and being less than helpful. I love the Scotte product, have ordered it in the past, will order it in the future, and their customer service (as evidenced via MaggieChat) only adds to my enthusiasm for this company!
